Information We Collect

• Information you send us. When you use our inquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of each request. This is used to operate and secure the website.
• No accounts or payments. You don’t create an account on this website, and we don’t collect payment card information here. Bookings and payments made through Airbnb are handled by Airbnb under its own privacy policy.

Cookies, Analytics and Embedded Content

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Some pages include content from other services, such as a YouTube video on our guest guide pages (shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode), and links to Airbnb, Google Maps, Casago and Las Palomas. When you play an embedded video or visit those sites, those services may collect information under their own privacy policies. Our availability calendar is loaded from our own server, which reads our Airbnb calendar; no information about you is sent to Airbnb when you view it.

• Casago Vacation Rentals, our local property manager, when needed to arrange or support your stay, such as check-in.
